Apart from her work as a consultant in short- or mid-term interim HR projects, Anica is coaching and training both founders and (young) HR professionals in getting skilled in the several fields of the ‚People Business’. She is coaching them on innovative HR approaches or simply acts as their sparring partner for specific or simple day-to-day challenges. Since 2014, Anica runs her own company NOSADE as founder & managing associate. NOSADE is among the leading providers for Yoga Retreats in Morocco meanwhile.
